Order processing

Our shipping is worldwide! It takes approximately 3 days to process your order, from there your order will arrive between 7-15 business days after it has been processed. Majority of times, your order will arrive faster than the estimated time.We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, Impervious Blanket cannot be held accountable for factors outside our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or protests, which could lead to delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

Shipping Rates 

There is no need to worry about extra fees! we offer free worldwide shipping. 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking 

After your order has been shipped, you'll get a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number (s). The tracking number will become active within 48 hours. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages 

Imperious Blanket is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please report the issue or file a claim with your shipping carrier.

Please note: We use the timestamp from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation when evaluating damage or return requests. Claims may not be processed if not reported promptly.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it right away and cannot make changes. If the order has already been processed and sent to our shipping department, we cannot alter the address.

Customs and Duties

Impervious blanket is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim is filed.
